Elementary Spanish
Taught by Ms. Judith
Fridays 12:00-1:00
$300 per semester
In this fun and interactive class, students will be introduced to the basics of the Spanish language and culture. Through songs, games, stories, and hands-on activities, children will begin to build a strong foundation in vocabulary and simple conversation skills.
Students will learn everyday words and phrases related to greetings, numbers, colors, family, food, and classroom objects. They will also practice listening and speaking in an encouraging environment designed to build confidence and curiosity.
Cultural elements—such as music, holidays, and traditions from Spanish-speaking countries—are woven into the lessons to give students a well-rounded introduction to the language.
By the end of the course, students will be able to recognize and use common words and phrases, understand simple spoken Spanish, and develop an appreciation for the rich diversity of the Spanish-speaking world.
