Energy Explorers (Carnival Games) Summer Camp
Get ready for an action-packed week of hands-on science and discovery! At Energy Explorers Summer Camp, young scientists will dive into the exciting world of energy, motion, and collisions. Through fun experiments, engaging challenges, and interactive discussions, campers will:
Observe and predict how energy changes during a collision.
Explore the relationship between energy and speed.
Track the movement of energy from place to place.
Investigate energy conversions (potential and kinetic) by designing and testing a solution that transforms energy from one form to another.
Improve and refine their experiments to better understand real-world energy applications.
Campers will also sharpen their communication skills through collaborative discussions and teamwork, building confidence as they share ideas and discoveries.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Amount
More than 3 weeks before camp starts → Full refund minus a $50 admin fee
2–4 weeks before camp starts → 50% refund (or camp credit for future use)
Less than 2 weeks before camp starts → No refund (but consider allowing a transfer to another session if space allows)
EMA Direct-Pay Funds: Payments made using EMA direct-pay funds are non-refundable once processed. However, credit will be issued toward future classes.
Emergency & Medical Refunds
Full refund (or prorated refund if camp has started) for medical emergencies with a doctor’s note.
Behavioral Dismissals & Absences
No refund if a child is dismissed due to behavioral issues.
No refunds or make-up days for absences.
