Refund Policy:

Cancellation Timeline & Refund Amount

  • More than 3 weeks before camp starts → Full refund minus a $50 admin fee

  • 2–4 weeks before camp starts → 50% refund (or camp credit for future use)

  • Less than 2 weeks before camp starts → No refund (but consider allowing a transfer to another session if space allows)

  • EMA Direct-Pay Funds: Payments made using EMA direct-pay funds are non-refundable once processed. However, credit will be issued toward future classes.

Emergency & Medical Refunds

  • Full refund (or prorated refund if camp has started) for medical emergencies with a doctor’s note.

Behavioral Dismissals & Absences

  • No refund if a child is dismissed due to behavioral issues.

  • No refunds or make-up days for absences.

In this camp for ages 8-12, adventurers will create their own characters, collaborate in teams, and engage in storytelling, problem-solving, and creative thinking while navigating quests, solving puzzles, and defeating mythical creatures. The camp promotes teamwork, critical thinking, and imagination, allowing students to enhance their social and communication skills in a fun, supportive environment.
